There are a few variations on the headline which are all misleading.

I would headline it, Burning Man Finances Stabilize After Attendance Drop, Now Planning for the Future

Burning Man gave an exclusive to Bloomberg who also visited one of our smallest regionals, in West Virginia. It's worth considering what a deep read tells.
