Flame effect staffing

Dear Burners, we are bringing the light dragon Gon Kirin (https://www.facebook.com/gonkirin/) and some of our supports are going MIA this year. Are there any flame effects fanatics who knows regulations NFPA Part 160 and willing to support us for a few fire sessions during Burn week?
