I'm a mom of a long-time burner and I'm finally getting my first burn on! I'd like to meet other moms/dads of burners who are also virgin burners like me. I'm hosting a meet n greet on Tuesday (8/29) at Noon at the Center Camp Cafe area for that purpose. Look for a sign that says "Moms n Dads". Bring a snack, or not, and we can make it a party and share some dusty fun!

I'm giving this a nudge over to the art & performance board, since that's a better fit for event listings. Please feel free to circle back to the Greeter's Station to post a brief introduction and tell us more about yourself and how you got connected to the event.

Love your enthusiasm!
While I am not a burgin, I am a mom of burner kids.
Will try to stop by and say hi.

I recommend that you check out Kidsville. Its a great camp for families and they often host family activities. They also have the Black Rock Explorers that host fun playa family field trips. You don't have to be a camper to hang out and do stuff with them. Kidsville also made a nice survival guide for bringing kids to burning man.

I'm very excited for you.
