Back again, this time at 7:15 and C, as part of Mos Eisley Village. New, bigger, softer, maybe cleaner? grappling mats. Over 400 s.f. of padded mats for your punching, choking, kicking pleasure! Brazilian Jiu Jitsu everyday at 11 a.m. with open mat sparring after class. We're also adding back Muay Thai Weds, Thurs and Friday at 3, followed by Kinetic Dispute Resolution Workshops. Use your hands, not your words!
Oh, and we're having workout and yoga and stuff too, but I don't really like all that, but I'm supposed to mention it.

We'll be neighbors! Looking forward to it. After sparring come over for champagne opened via sword in our saber station. Big happy hour Thursday afternoon too.

Champagne, Trampolines, and mixed martial arts. What could go wrong?

yes. Instruction is in the gi, but open mat we seem to have about an even mix.

i can't wait for this. It will be nice to roll with some new faces

We're in the book and on-line playa events. We have BJJ every day at 11, and are usually off the mats by 1. W TH F we have Muay Thai and sparring at 3, so you'll want to be done by then, unless you want to Chi some guys in short shorts and shin guards. Come on by, we should have a white board for classes.
