Hi guys,
I have to leave the US after burning man for Canada because its the end of my visa. Should be in Vancouver on the 7th or 8th of September. If you only need to go to Portland that might be possible if no one is in for the whole thing. Please leave a comment anyways. There is room for one with not too much luggage, but a spot on the bike rack if needed.
Stops on the way are probably camping, I should have the necessary gear if you don't have anything. (First night: I thought this sounded nice, a gift from a fellow burner with a Campground: viewtopic.php?f=508&t=80113 )
Perfect for someone who has most of their stuff in a Camp Truck and just happens to have no spot to ride with.

PS: I'll be traveling in Canada afterwards, so if someone wants to continue on with me, that might also be an idea.

I offering a ride from Vancouver to BRC so if you find someone who needs both ways, we can team up! Leaving Friday the 25th in the morning. Arriving Sunday early morning!

Summer Lake Hot Springs is popular and inexpensive. http://www.gwally.com/directions/ has suggestions, but not updated. If you continue up 97 into Washington, there is beautiful country before heading West to Seattle. The Washington State + BC ferries are also a nice option.

Also: you mean it might make sense to take the ferry? From where to where? Would that not be more expensive.
Unfortunately I have to take more like the fast route.

just saying this is still up to date. I will be able to take one person up towards Vancouver after the burn. Portland, Seattle are on the way and if you have to go there we can make that work.
