Caltrans has moved the closure south to Bridgeport for north bound traffic. NDOT has 395 closed to S/B traffic at Holbrook Jct as of 4:30 this afternoon.
Best way for N/B burners would be hwy 182 from Bridgeport which turns into 338 in Nevada. Follow 338 for about 30 miles north to Smith NV then bear right or east on 208 in Smith NV to hwy 339 north to Yerington. At the flashing caution light on the outskirts of Yerington go straight onto 95A. Follow that all the way to Fernley/Wadsworth to 447
