Anyone else log in to their Burner Profile today and no longer see that they are registered for the pre-sale on their dash board?

Sent a message off to ticket support to see what's going on.

I'm not sure if that is because registration is now closed. Was it there yesterday? How about Friday while registration was still open?

I am guessing that it just has to do with how they are processing the info and no need to be concerned, but I don't know.

Meanwhile, did you write your code number down?

Yeah, it was there during the registration - so likely just gone now that the registration is closed. I did receive an email with the code, so I think all is good.

Weird. My confirmation badge under shiny things is gone too. Also can't seem to find the confirmation email I was supposed to get, but I do still have my screencapped confirmation page/code. Message away to support, will let you all know if/when I hear back. Its probably fine, but I'm not messing around with probably when tickets are at stake.

I just "logged on" to my Personal Profile and my registration for the Pre-sale is sitting right there in Right-Center along with my registration code.

Not just opening the Profile Page, try actually "logging-in" to your personal profile.

Logged in today and it is there now. Also got an email back from ticket support saying it should now be there.

Looks like all is good - now to just get a ticket!

Just got home to check my profile and everything is back how it should be. Good luck on tickets tomorrow everyone!
