Is 2 the limit for General Sale tickets?

Am I right in reading that you can only buy 2 tickets in General sale that's coming up? Plus vp.
You can buy a maximum of two (2) $425 tickets and one (1) $80 vehicle pass
Answering my own question, but leaving it here for info in case anybody else was confused or uninformed.
