Hey all,
Just wondering which is better: using the app or a web browser? Any experiences with the app yet this year? I'm primarily a mobile user so I'm wondering which one will work better overall for the general sale purchase?

Thanks!

In the past, mobile has never worked as well, if at all.

Yeah, if I recall correctly, they advise you not to use mobile devices for BM ticket sales. I guess it's possible things could be different this year, but if it were me, I wouldn't throw an additional roadblock in my pathway to ticket success.

Yeah, considering past experiences & what's at stake I would recommend using a computer. But if you want to take one for the team try it out & let us know how it worked.

Last year I tried purchasing from my computer and phone. Struck out on the computer but was able to purchase one ticket from my phone.

This is the first I've heard of Ticketfly having an actual app. That's a lot different than purchasing from a website from your phone, so theoretically the app should work much better. Though if they handle the sales differently for BM then they do for other events, the app might not work at all.

Awesome.

You're carrier must be more reliable than mine.

I have taken chances in life but were talking tickets to see the Man here.

If something can go wrong it will at the worst time.

I guess if they had an established app that I had used before I would consider it.

:D

I don't even trust WiFi and hard-wire myself via Ethernet to my router. Of course, that was when you had to click a fraction of a second after 12:00 noon.
