BXB+ Tickets - Transfer Rules?

Hi,
Does anyone know if BXB+ tickets are transferable? Most of my camp mates have their tickets and have rented vehicles already.
I am coming from Europe and I really need to book flights soon, but don't want to book without a ticket as it is risky!
If I buy a BXB+ ticket and then get offered a regular ticket afterwards can I sell/transfer the BXB+ ticket to someone else?
I already have transport into Burning Man but would just be taking the BXB+ bus to be sure that I have a ticket and can start making plans for the trip over.
Also are the BXB+ tickets available from Reno & San Fran locations or just San Fran? There is limited information in the FAQs.
