Pre-Shipment since June 12th (9 days) - normal?

Hi All
I always get worried about my tickets, but this is a new issue. I got the email notification that my tickets were in Pre-Shipment on June 12th. I also got a tracking number. I've checked that tracking number at least twice a day since... and no movement. Is this common? Should my tickets with tracking number given still be in Pre-Shipment 9 days later?
