Early Access tickets

I've been asked to come down to help set up by someone in my camp a few days early if possible. I'm not sure the details on getting a ticket that allows me onsite a few days early (we have our normal tickets already). I don't see details for those tickets anywhere? Suggestions?

If you are being given only early entry then you will need tickets and the camp your helping can give you details.

You will absolutely need your regular tickets to get in. An Early Arrival now called WAP (Work Access Pass) is an extra printable pass that you will be sent by your camp lead. It is associated to your name and will allow you entry on or after the date on the pass. You will need that in addition to your regular tickets.

Thanks for the info. I will check on access for the camps WAPs. We definitely have our tickets already so I'm good there.

Dumb question but is the WAP only good for the day that it states?

For example - I am getting a WAP for Friday 8/25, but I land in Reno at 9 PM and have to pick up a UHaul and then do some shopping and then head to the playa, so I'll prob be getting there at like 2 am on Saturday 8/26.

I presume that the Friday 8/25 pass is still good, just want to be 100% sure.

Yes, your friday pass is good for saturday. You just cant go in BEFORE the date on your pass is valed

If you get to the gate before the time printed on your early pass they will take your ticket from you and every one elses in your vehical . Even if their passes are for a time before you all arrived. O.o yeh I'm serious. Don't come up to the gate until the time of the early pass. Good Luck
