I was out of the country for 5+ weeks. I received an email from ticketfly that my ticket and pass would be mailed to my US home address the first day I was gone (June 18). I was having my mail held by post office, but they say that for a registered mail with signature required scenario they would have sent it back after 2 weeks. Who do I contact to get this straightened out?
