Someone has offered us tickets and was wondering what is the best/safe way to get them without meeting in person? How do we get the name changed over and mailed to us? Thanks in advance..

To answer your question, I would suggest sending money through PayPal goods and services because it has buyers protection. As for the seller, they can transfer tickets to your account via ticketfly. Once the transfer is complete it is almost instant and you should see the ticket in your personal ticketfly account.
