Will will call be open before the gate opens? Can my friend with a low-income ticket come with me to build or no?

Does said friend have an Early Access/Work Access Pass? If not, then no they can not show up early to work. If yes, then they can.

Yes my camp has a bunch of EA passes so that shouldn't be an issue. Just wanted to know if she would be able to get her ticket from Will Call before the gate opens?
