Are tickets still getting shipped this late?

Found someone on Craiglist with tickets... but he says they aren't shipping them till the 21st... so he needs my address to know where to ship it too.
And he's not asking for all the money for the tickets, just a deposit, which is nice... and he did say its thru StubHub...
But I dunno... is this scammy?

Total scam! They wouldn't dare send out physical tix a week before the event...people would FREAK OUT. The last sale (OMG) was either Will-Call or Express Shipping iirc. Try gathering some intel on this scumbag, a PayPal email address, etc, then report them to straight to BMorg and/or the police.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking... he's got this story about how he's going on vacation when the tickets arrive so they need to shipped somewhere else... asking for just a deposit seems nice... unless he does it to 20 people...
Nobody on Craigslist ever seems to be down to meet up in person... I live in Tahoe and have told people I'll drive to LA or Vegas instead of them shipping... they never respond.
