Someone says they'll only go thru eBay... do they have buyer's and sellers insurance?

Or is it a potential scam?

Ebay has a system that protects the buyer. Pay-Pal is about the only form of money transfer ebay will allow which protects the buyer. The problem with the Pay-Pal buyers' protection, you only get your money back. If you do not get that ticket, they will refund your money...in what they call a "timely manner", which can be up to 30 days. I have been a Power Seller with impeccable ratings on ebay for 18 years, I would not buy a ticket on ebay. Research the shit out of your potential seller, and cross your fingers when you hit that button.
