Ticketfly Transfers Post-Gate Opening?

I read somewhere that you weren't able to buy / transfer aftermarket tickets via TicketFly (to be picked up at Will Call) after the gates had opened. Is that true? There are a lot of people on Craigslist claiming that they will transfer tickets to you still.
Thanks for any direction you can give me. Desperate to find tickets but already got scammed and don't want it to happen again.

It is true, but they can still scam you. Please be extra cautious. At this point, there aren't many real ticket opportunities out there.

So just to clarify: you CANNOT transfer tickets on ticketfly after gates opened (as in today Monday, 8/27)?
How would I get / be transferred a ticket if I found one? Still desperately looking for a ticket...

Yeah I was also a bit confused by the reply. Can you transfer tickets to a new owner at Will Call now or not?
