Thinking about the iRobot theme.. Wonder if/where/how a group of coders could gather and build something while on the playa.. I have no idea how this ends up manifesting itself, just throwing thoughts out into the ether...

In theory, it's easy enough. You just need to build a space for people to gather, provide power and possibly equipment (the playa is a notoriously harsh environment, most people would be wise not to bring any gear out to BRC that they can't afford to lose), and then you schedule some events and post it on the playa events calendar once it opens up for the season.

Alternatively, you could look into joining one of the other groups that may already be planning projects. One such project springs to mind - I, Awake.
