Contemplation Ladder needs a sq M of playa space

The powers that be have shot down my artwork, but my fans demand that it be expressed. Contemplation Ladder offers participants the opportunity to contemplate their surroundings @ 4M AGL.
So, any approved by the powers that be artists have a square meter of space for this interactive art piece. Ideally, a piece of art that would be enhanced by the presence of the ability of people to gaze upon it 4 meters above the ground. Contemplation Ladder is fully compliant with all org construction and illumination requirements.
