Small group looking to join/organize a theme camp

We are a group of 6 burners looking for a camp. Here is our deal, 4 people are experienced burners, ranging from 5 to 15 previous burns, 2 people are virgins, 4 people are flying in, 2 are driving from Southern California. We have a 10x20 garage tent, 12 panel hexayurt, small generator, and a basic camp furniture/cooking/lighting setup, plus personal tents. The veterans among us have extensive participation experience, including creating a 30+ person theme camp from the ground up, and held leadership positions in several theme camps throughout the years.
Having been in high volume Esplanade type camps, this year we are aiming for a more low key burn that does not involve working 12 hours days, every day, throughout the whole week. We are looking for a laid back camp where we can participate and be involved in the community, while also having fun time available to explore all burning man has to offer. All of us are planning to arrive as early as possible, and leave late, so our group is all about camp set-up and tear down, from the first rebar to the last piece of MOOP. During the week each person can commit to up to 10-15 hours of camp shifts.
There are many camps out there that are recruiting and have $500 camp fees, that is not for us, as we both already have some infrastructure and are looking to keep camp costs low. If you are a camp looking for members or another small camping group that would like to combine forces to become a theme camp (application deadline is april 26th) please get in touch with me.
