Officially, we will be brewing the bean and making the scene Monday - Saturday, 8AM - 1PM. But we do many unofficial things at the Shack, and we basically never close. So come by anytime, feel free to hang out, maybe we'll have coffee in the carafe, and if not...you know how to work a French press?
