Howdy Out There!!!
I am a fun, holistic, kind, resourceful, peaceful, extroverted introvert, gal in her 50s that is looking for a camp to call home, to find a tribe and friends to collaborate with. My draw to the Burn is the art and spiritual vortex it creates, as much as I love to visit the sound/party camps, I would love to be a part of a mellower vibe. I have been to the burn on my own and although it was a unique experience, a camp where I could contribute to would be a better fit for me. I am based near the LA area.

Your best path to finding a camp is to A) look in the Theme Camps looking for campers thread here; B) browse the 2018 camps listing on the main site and contact those that interest you.

Camps rarely (if ever) reach out to random internet folks, they're looking for pro-active people who can contribute to the work/fun load that is a Theme Camp.

When you make contact, be clear about what you can contribute to the camp and how their offering resonates with you.

How did you go to Burning Man and not make any friends you’d want to camp with?

I did, none of them are going this year and one of them passed away.
