Ride from Reno to BRC night of Aug. 31

Hey friends,
I'm a virgin burner. I'm only able to make it out for a few days due to some life circumstances.
I arrive in Reno airport at ~10:00 pm and was wondering how to get to the Playa. I know the bus stops running and wasn't sure if people will be driving to the playa so late at night.
Anyone have any insights on how to get to the playa that Friday night? Also, can I still pick up Will Call ticket once I get to the playa? It'll be around midnight or so by then.
