Yeah, it seems like its the same reactions all over, regarding the sale.. We are a big group trying to get some tickets, but just keep on spinning.. Well not giving up until the "Sold out" pops up.. :/

It let me put a ticket and a parking pass in a cart about 5 minutes ago, and it asked for an access code. I don't know any code.

Go back to Ticketfly. This sale was a shit show. Error messages, time outs, false accusations of attempting to skip the queue!

In years past they would give you a code in one of the emails they sent, that you could copy and paste. This year it was supposed to be embedded in either the link from the email or the button in your burner profile, no access code to enter manually... I searched all of my emails frantically while another tab was on the ticket choosing and buying page, nothing to do about it.

I still have the spinning arrows with no notice of sale status - though, in my heart, I know it's all over. The fat lady has sung....

Though I continue to get occasional pop-up, something like "checking your browser while contacting burningman.org". Each time I get excited thinking I'm getting routed to the next stage of the process, but then the spinning arrows ensue.

Same story as many others, magic button didn't work (couldn't load or timed out) but link on profile immediately connected. The 6-8 min delay in finding this was a little to late though.

The Org should be more forthcoming with explanations of what's going on and whether we're waiting around for nothing. And by now they should be able to figure out a ticket selling scheme that doesn't waste people's time. Long time burners and even first time burners deserve better treatment than to waste a huge amount of time in the middle of a workday waiting around hoping to buy tickets. Yes many burning man attendees actually have jobs, that's how we can afford to attend. And those of us who are not lucky enough to be able to take this time off are out of luck. Thanks Burning Man!

On reddit they’re saying access code is last eight digits after / on your url

They’re also saying if you get whiteout screen add a / at end of url and refresh

Also, the purchase ticket button, after entering all your info may not be visible but hover over where you think it is and you will see it

After hitting payment button, if screen goes white, don’t panic, check emails for confirmation

Completely Clear the browser cache and go back in via the profiles link.

It went right to the ticketing page after 15 seconds.
No need to enter an access code and just click the button the ticket count/pricing area.

"Unexpected." Hahaha!! I totally expected technical issues, same as every year. As an IT manager, I would partner with a team that has experienced success in this area. Coachella stages highly successful ticket sales annually, with an arguably higher amount of server traffic. Maybe reach out to that team and schedule some knowledge sharing sessions? I don't know. Or just get real and go the Ticketmaster route. Something.
