Anyone know when the tickets will be delivered?

Not soon enough.

I heard that they are waiting for one weeks before burningman starts before the tickets are sent out, because of the ticket scalping problem

No. No e-mails, no confirmation, and even though they said the packages would be signature required, they're not. They are just dropping them in your mailbox or doorstep. Once the porch pirates get wind of this, tickets are going to start disappearing.

Got tickets in the mail today, no emails that they were coming, no signature.

does it at least show that theyre shipped if you log in?

I got my tix a few days ago...I just logged on and checked my profile. There is no indication about shipping either way.

Jeez, that sucks! Does it still show the status as “processing”? Looks like I’m going to be obsessively checking my front door every time I see a UPS truck on my street.

Well, You're better off than me. Half the time I can't get ePlaya to load. Now I can't get into my burner profile. BM is the only thing that gives me a blank wall. Oh, and no tickets yet.

What an utterly mismanaged shit show. Customers order a package "worth" roughly $1,000 that paid $15 in shipping fees and these fees got us NO email notification, NO tracking info, and NO enforced signature requirement? Thank f*** this is the final year for this crap.

Can anyone give more details on what the ticket envelope looks like? Is it small? Beefy? Larger than normal envelopes? Bubble wrap? Is there a fireball inside? Was it inside your mailbox or left at the door if you live in an apartment

Can anyone share whether the tickets are being sent through the postal service or through UPS? I know when I purchased the tickets the receipt stated that they were being sent through UPS but since some folks are saying they are left in mailboxes I am now unsure.

*I had a sudden change of address and missed the deadline to change my shipping address. I have my mail forwarded through USPS but that does no good if they are being sent through UPS.

"UPS Innovations" means UPS takes it and gives it to the post office. So it'll appear in your mailbox.

It's a lot of overhead, I could have walked a few blocks and asked for my tickets in person....

UPS's "Mail Innovations" service is a combination of the two. From my understanding (and their website), UPS picks up the mail/packages, sends it to UPS processing centers around the country, and then hands off the mail/packages to local USPS for delivery.

As far as your address change, other people here in ePlaya can advise you on the best way to handle that.

Saw several pictures posted on social media today where tickets were arriving in opened or half-opened envelopes - in once case a ticket survived the trip by sticking to the glue on the open envelope flap - Yikes! No receipt or other paperwork; just a single copy of the survival guide for multiple tickets. I guess ShowClix were the lowest bidder. Good luck everyone!
