Both my spouse and I ordered our tickets through the DGS this year. Her's arrived over a week ago but mine have not. Same address, same last name. Should I be concerned yet?

So you live together. You each got 2 tickets and a Vehicle Pass. What's to worry about?

Do you pay for the tix on the same order? If so, I’d call bm ticketing. If not, I wouldn’t worry as separate order, etc
