"My Tickets" - No way to create account

The new process for transferring ticket detailed in the link below has you sign into a new platform: https://here.burningman.org/my-tickets/login

Now the problem is I see no way to create an account and the help article below states that there are now 3 accounts all with unique logins: Burner Profile, Ticketing Account and eplaya

I have filled in a support request but the form does not generate an email or similar to let me know that the submission has worked. And yes I have waited a couple of days.
Different browser behaves the same.

Anyone have this same issue or know how to create a "My Ticket" account?

Have you tried signing in with your burner profile email address (which is usually the same as the ticketing email address)? The password appears to be independent between the two. My burner profile PW is XXXXXX and my ticketing PW is YYYYYYY (and the PW reset process does work).

Your advise is good in that using my Burner Profile email does work for the password reset (very sure i tried this before posting )

the system says the reset has worked but then does not allow me to login with the new password
