Howdy. 6 minutes until sale? I have to get on a plane at 11:15 and I have note in my profile that link would show up by now, and that I'd have an email. fNothing@! HELP

Sale starts at noon PST. That's 2pm CST. So, not for another 2 hours and 6 minutes.

That explains the no button, but I did not get my link, which should have been sent yesterday.

The Main Sale is approximately 2 hours from now, 12:00 PST.

It almost sounds like you may have created a Burner Profile, but didn't register for the sale within the 48hr timeframe last week. Not sure, but that seems to have happened to a few people. You should have received an email with your personal button to push at the appropriate time. Check your spam folders as well as examining your Burner Profile.

Not in my case. I received the email stating that I had successfully registered for the main sale on April 4th, but did not receive the email with my link in it yesterday.

Just wondering if anyone else had the same issue.

I registered for the sale during the window, using the burner profile that I've had for years.

Captain Pickard, did you get an email confirming you registered, like swayne did? Or no email at all?

I'm trying to diagnose whether my enthusiastic but new-to-the-process virgin friend registered or just made a burner profile within the registration window. He never got a confirm email, or an email with a sale link.

Registered in the timeframe. Note in my profile says I should have gotten an email. I did have timezones off (I travel way too much);

I did not receive a confirmation email after registering for the sale, nor have I received an email with a link for access to today's sale.

In speaking with others from my camp, they received both a confirmation email following their registration for the sale, and a separate reminder email yesterday with a link for access to today's sale.

The following information was relayed to me from someone who did receive both the registration confirmation email and the reminder email:

The ticket registration confirmation email indicates that a link will appear in one's burner profile an hour before the sale begins.

The reminder email contains an orange/gold button labeled "Enter 2019 Main Sale".

Still no link in my profile. Still no waiting room message.

I noticed that there appears to be a 'button' in the main BProfile page before you log in to your profile that is for people who have 'registered but lost their link'

You might look into that if anyone is still stuck.

I noticed that too. When I enter my info, it says I haven't registered. I've triple checked my email. I have registered.

It's crazy to me that the powers that be STILL HAVE NOT FIGURED OUT HOW TO DO THIS SMOOTHLY.

Frustrating.

Using the same credentials that successfully access my burner profile, I get the error message "ERROR: Your username or password is incorrect." when trying to use this option.

I had a button to push in my email confirmation. Pushed many times and the link timed out every time without entering the sale. I finally entered the sale at 12:06 through my Burner Profile. Am in the queue. Probably will not get tickets.

I have my credentials ticket from volunteering last year but was hoping to get more for campmates, etc. Oh well. The dust abides .

Ditto for me. The email link timed out 6 times, then when I went to the burner profile, it worked on the very first try. Same-old same-old from this main sale. When there are multiple ways to do something, one of them will get you a chance at tickets, and the other(s) basically completely disqualifies you. Off to STEP. =/
