Does anyone know when they are going to publish the dates for the STEP?

The Org hasn't made any announcements about dates yet, the only way to know is to keep checking the Ticketing page and watch for it. You'll also see some threads on it become very active here. Sadly that's the best information anyone will have right now.

One big thing to remember: STEP is winning the lottery. Just like you wouldn't expect to pay your rent on future lottery winnings, don't place all your Burning Man eggs in that basket either. Make contacts with local Burners, work on local projects for the Burn, do active outreach. One on one contact is how most tickets change hands (and be really careful with ticket scalping sites & craigslist: most of those tickets don't exist - just look at their delivery dates - or are scams to rob you.)
