Can not sell the ticket that I bought for a regional event with this company. Absolutely NO link on their web site and Absolutely NO choice in their voice prompts by phone. AND while trying to buy tickets on the main sale ( the same as last yr) for 10 mins , trying 5 times to get in the que , i go to my burner profile link to buy a ticket and instantly I'm in the que. This happened last yr also. This is abusive. they are abusive on the phone. And Thanks for the new posting on your web site main page indicating that it is ok for me not to get my art work to the event. That just trying is good enough.

I'm not trying to defend Eventbrite but...
I think the ticket refund policy is set by the event organizer, not Eventbrite. Your event organizer should be able to help you.

Previous to this year, ticketing was handled by TicketFly, now owned by Eventbrite, but BMORG went with a different vendor, I believe ShowClix, this year.
