Mail vs Will Call for getting tickets - pros/cons?

This is my first year going. I selected a mailing option for my ticket but have the fear that it will get lost or I would lose it in transit, so I was thinking of switching to Will Call.

I'm curious what your experience has been with the pros/cons of mail vs. will call? And does it make a difference if you're taking Burner Express in?

Thank you!

"Passengers with Will Call tickets will be able to pick up their ticket at the point of embarkation."
So you don't have to worry about your tickets :) you can take the bus and have your tickets ready for will call ;)

Will call all the way. I heard too many stories of people losing tickets or getting stolen etc. Will call is safe and you will still get a physical ticket at entrance that you can keep as a memory. Same thing. And it has a better carbon footprint!

I've done both and honestly I don't mind waiting in the will call line, in my experience it has always gone by quickly. It beats being nervous and having to hold onto the ticket for the entire drive.

Thank you!! This is what I was leaning towards but wasn’t sure if the line was bad enough to get it mailed. Appreciate your responses :) And I missed that line about the tickets if taking bus, so thanks!

I thought the same thing about losing the ticket. Last year was my first burn. I had a paper ticket. I was thinking what if I lost that little piece of cardboard? Months of planning, cross country drive, then I couldn't get in because I lost the ticket.

So this year I started with thinking to take Will Call to avoid this concern. But then I started thinking... What if I lost my drivers license? Without picture ID I couldn't pick up the Will Call ticket. It is the exact same risk (since I put the ticket in my wallet next to my drivers license). And with ticket in hand eliminates some (probably psychological only) risk of something going wrong at Will Call.

So I took the paper ticket again.
