You are right, didn't put enough info. Also I'm in San Antonio, also not kidding... Wouldn't be a very funny joke :/ Also haven't even started because If I'm going to make a scrap car, its going to be decided on scrap. Just asking in case, if not ill just fund it myself no biggie. Trying to be proactive

You have plenty of time for making one. The applications for MVs closed a couple of months ago. Make one for next year.
