Big 'ole Truck
Our camps 22nd year! Camp Videogasm runs a truck cross country every Burn as a non-commercial effort. We charge enough to cover rental and fuel only. Our drivers are all volunteers.
The basics:
- $9 per cu ft.
- There is an overweight surcharge. See the web site for details.
- PayPal or cash accepted up to Fri 8/16, cash only on the 16th.
Truck loads in King of Prussia, PA (near Philadelphia) on Fri 8/16, leaves on Sat 8/17. Stop over in Detroit 8/18 for final load up. Arrival in BRC on Fri 8/23.
Repacking on Mon 9/2 for departure the morning of 9/3. The truck arrives in Detroit on 9/6 and back in KOP, PA on 9/8. You can drop off your cargo in KOP starting on 8/1.
Don't use flimsy bins or anything with loose lids as they can get crushed. Standard "bumble bee" style bins are preferred over odd shaped boxes. All bikes must be boxed in advance! All generators/engines must be run dry and aired out!
