Will Call Question

We have several people coming in from all over the world who have been paired up with someone stateside with tickets. The problem is that the people flying in from overseas arrive several days later than the people who are here setting up camp and are traveling in the meantime and have no way to secure their tickets ahead of time. Can tickets be left at Will Call if you place them in a sealed envelope with the person's name, country of origin, or anything else that might help the transfer? I know in the past this has been done but I've heard conflicting reports on whether or not it will be a viable option in 2019.

I've left a physical ticket at will call before with success. As I recall...You will need the Burner profile email of both the person dropping off the ticket and the burner profile email of the person receiving the ticket and their correctly spelled legal name as it appears on their government issued ID that they will be carrying with them when they pick up their ticket at will call. I believe they manually enter a transfer between the ticket accounts. That's what it looked like when I did it.

Are there people in your group that would trade tickets by taking possession of physical tickets and then transfer their will call ticket to the people coming from overseas? That might simplify things and cut the trips to will call in half.
