The BLM controls manages on our behalf the Black Rock Desert-High Rock Canyon national conservation area. The BLM reports up to the Department of Interior.

She gave a speech at SXSW.

If the BLM really wanted to expand on inclusiveness, they would not place such hard limits on the size of the BM event, and some of the more silly restrictions.

It will be interesting to see if this translates from a speech into actual useful action.
