The Journal hits some high points:
https://journal.burningman.org/2020/08/ ... s-results/
The main page is
http://blackrockcitycensus.org/
Oddly country of origin "unclear" and native language "other" is up.
To cultural direction: volunteerism is up, and useful year around skills are learned. Optimism in others and relationship with nature is up. Other parts of the year regional & gatherings seems to be slightly up, as well as awareness of Burning Man art.
Camps 10-100 seem to be up at the expense of under 9 which corresponds to the DGS shift, which may be revisited in 2021.
70% are tenting it. Camp waste sorting is up. Generators are up, but most people have no idea how big their generator is.
Early arrival is up.
30% flew into somewhere to get to the event, which is our main carbon challenge. 21% flew into Reno or SF.
The survey says 10% came by the burner bus BxB which sounds high, with 1% by the BRC airport which sounds low. Usually the BORG issues real counts on those.
There are some new or changed questions which cannot be compared to previous years.

Can this data be made public? There's evidence of a remnant of culture jammers left.

Hey genius, if you take a moment away from listening in rapture to your own farts, this info is public. The link is even included right here where you ignore everything except your own garbled obsessed "truth". Just rest it, give it a break. Your so strung out you can't even see what you want even when it's sitting right in front of you. The truth forced me to tell you this

Funniest thing I have read in a while. I'm glad I wasn't drinking when I read it because a Single Malt neti pot sounds painful.

Really reaching for any win you can get eh?
All the Bus data is presented as percentages. Where are the raw numbers?
At least provide how many total questionnaires were submitted, and from there I can perform my own calculations.

I have emailed them. Now we'll see if they actually release the data.

This is a do-acracy, slacker. You babbling about what you need is on you. We are only here to mock.

I take that to mean that The BMORG will not release this data and that it is infact not public?
I just want the total numbers of questionnaires, and the data related to the possible culture jamming that I pointed out above- the individual census data for those.
Yes or no?

Thanks Elorrum. I never thought in a million burns the original post could be turned into a conspiracy thread.

Have you considered that you're the problem? Your limitations in ability and intellect? You blaming others is, again, your issues. Use some self-reflection, instead of what ever nonsense goes on up in that head.

The numbers are in the report. You can't do anything, but whine, can you? You being you, failing at the task you blame others for not doing for you. Such a drain. I found the numbers for you, because I'm simply better than you. If you follow the truth it is obvious

Great, that allowed the calculation
which negates the need for the actual raw data- that is certainly in a different format and not available those any of those links. But thanks again.

You want the digital raw data? What are you talking about. You move your stupid goalpost. Do you want everyone who filled out the census to report to you? Do you need to do forensics on the computers used? You have the numbers you pretended to want, but were too dumb to find. What format do you need? Whatever part of Montana you come from must have cattle smarter, and some of them cows are ashamed of sharing the same state. Have you worked with Black Rock census? Actually been interested? Of course not. And, now, if you did contact them, they're joining the rest in wondering your disfunction. Once you get those same numbers of submitted censuses, but in some mystical format you require, then what? Oh well, not like your serious or sincere

I study the Burning Man Census and read the whole thing. They really do a good job.
Here is some census humor. Shirin Neshat is an Iranian-American contemporary artist. They have reached the point in their career where they can actually support themselves with their art. Much of their work has been video art documenting abstract performances.
They did an art project about a census worker doing a census of dreams. No idea what playa this is.
That project now includes a more commercial - film festival film. It is a comedy about a census worker who needs a bodyguard.
