Lost dark blue fanny pack with US passport + more on an art car

Hello!
I'm 98% sure I left it on an art car early Sunday morning towards the end of the Esplanade on the 10:00 side. The only identifying quality I can recall of the art car is that it was two stories and had stairs running up to the first floor in the rear center. Possibly nautically themed (ropes, anchors, etc), but that might just be my imagination. Was only on it for a moment. Also there was a girl named Beatrice that I believe belonged to the same camp as the art car.
Thanks!
