I didn't go saleing today but almost as bad I went to the Axeman, they're liquidators or industrial stuff like balloon molds, motors, science glass, and some really bizarre stuff. I managed to get out with just a couple of LED book lights that will be worked into a costume for a few bucks each and a few yards of red sticky vinyl I plan on making decorations on my trailer with.

OOooohhh, Axeman! Lucky! I've been to Axeman, but it was years ago. I could spend hours wandering up and down the aisles. Did you go to the one on University Ave or is that one closed?
Did you ever go to Banks just north of downtown Mpls when it was open? I miss that place.....ah, memories.

Balloon molds, interesting. What do they look like?

Yeah I went to the one on University, I think there's one in Hopkins or someplace that direction too. just knowing Axeman exists has enabled me to not save every bit of wire and motor I come across, it I need it Axman will have one.

I did go to Banks, but there selection got pretty poor before they closed, same was true for Crazy Louie's, Axeman ended up with his iron lung and 1950's TV equipment.

Just wanted to report that I've started my booze stockpiling for the playa. I have Absolute and lemoncello at the moment. Still need tequila and maybe some other stuff, but I don't know how much my budget will handle.
