Lonestoner in Love!
Yes, it's true! I am going to do everything in my power to make this last forever. Time to straighten up and fly right, get a haircut and get a real job, etc. I want car payments and health insurance, the whole works. I want to coach tee- ball and go to PTA meetings! Thanks to everyone who was there when I was just a confused and lovesick fool, your kind words and sound advice meant a lot to me. (You know who you are!) THANK YOU!
They say that behind every great man is an even better woman and I think I've finally found mine!

Sounds like your sprung dude!!
If you want to make that last longer and are still in the "honeymoon" phase, where your stilllearning about each other daily, spending all your free time together, and doing everything together. Simply stop doing soo much together, Love is great but a new relationship is easy to burn out that way. Thats my experience anyways.
I cannot put it too words adequately other than to say, spread it out a little.
good for you -

Okay Gyre, you want details, you fuckin got em my friend. Yes, the trip is at least theoretically off, my friend Brad who is the head guy in charge of the theater I've been living in has told me I need to pay him five hundred bucks by the fifth or get the fuck out. I can't blame him the place is struggling to make ends meet, and even though I have undoubtedly put in enough work to earn my keep, everyone else paid a grand to move in and five hundred a month. I had nothing and so I paid as much. So I desperately need to find a job ASAP and pay some bills. If I fail to do so, I'll have to leave this place but I will stay in the area until my my dear Mollie tells me to fuck off. I love this woman like no other, and if I can spend the rest of my life keeping her feet warm and making her tea (which she likes) then I will die a happy man. I have an important interview with Deft Magazine on Monday that could possibly cover the bills and whatnot, and a couple of promising leads, but it's come down to the wire. I was looking for work before, but only half-heartedly I really thought I was going to leave this place and tramp around a bit. I love this girl, have I mentioned that? If I have to get someone fired to take their job then so be it. I never in my relatively sad and pathetic life thought I would have it so good as I do now, and I have no idea what she sees in me but whatever it is I need it. I'm so afraid I'm going to fuck this up, but I need her and so I have no choice but to see this thing through. I am in love. Period. I can't possibly be any more honest than this.

Yes I know the "I appreciate the sentiment." thing is bad, but she was just scared, I know she loves me. This morning while we were lying naked in bed together in post-coital bliss, she told me I was amazing. I feel like the luckiest guy in the world. She calls me "Tiger", which being a huge Spiderman fan, I like a lot.gyre wrote:Is this the girl that said "I appreciate the sentiment."?
Sounds like things are going better.

For you Lonestoner, A toast to your love.
The stars reflected her soul in my wine
I drank it and was filled with love
Her love made my head light
And I laughed
My head spun and we went into a waltz
A ballet that never touched the ground
I sipped all she offered
Never to spill a drop
Sweet like ripe cherries
Brilliant like her spirit
I drank her up.
She is the most engaging reserve.
The stars reflected her soul in my wine
I drank it and was filled with love
Her love made my head light
And I laughed
My head spun and we went into a waltz
A ballet that never touched the ground
I sipped all she offered
Never to spill a drop
Sweet like ripe cherries
Brilliant like her spirit
I drank her up.

It is alot like sex,
