you raise some interesting points there......I suppose the show would still be very interesting if people in it go anonymous somehow.....I mean...how deep do you want to go in such a show? It could get pretty intense I can imagine....with complete anoniminity more folks would be inclined to join....

Sensei say:
Top pic, no snow... Bottom pic, lotta snow... That was some snowstorm. And where the heck are you? Canada?

Love that shop with the big ass door. We're going to expect big things art-wise from you...
Yes, Canada, although the snow pic was (obviously?) not taken at the same time as the other pic. This town gets a ton of snow though. Winter transportation around town in the winter is often by snowmobile- because there's lots of snow, yes, but also because you can. My favourite old-timer quote: "Fresh air, clean water, no law". Yeah! You can smoke on the street, your dog can sleep on the road. And we have a disc golf course!

I hadn't even thought about art for the shop! I just wanted to put siding on it and paint it green. Some art would be very much cooler.

And stoooey:
we may be countrymen depending on what goes down a week and a half from now
You are more than welcome to escape to my corner of Canada anytime you want, for any reason. The area I live in is well-known for having heaps of draft dodgers. Lots of Americans are escaping up here nowadays too, so you'd fit right in. And if you want to go somewhere and not be found, there's not too many places better to do that than my new town (plus you can drive your snowmobile to the pub).

Have you ever seen This House has 22 Minutes? It's a great political satire show. Last night they had a segment on 'Canada's Heritage'. First scene- Vietnam era, a couple saying hey, honey, maybe we should go to Canada to avoid the draft so you don't get killed. Next scene, a NY couple after Sept. 11, maybe we should go to Canada so we don't get picked off by terrorists. Next, an old couple, let's go to Canada to we can get a flu vaccine so we don't get the flu and die. The tagline: Canada, providing a place for Americans to go so they won't get killed: part of our heritage.

It was pretty funny, maybe you had to see it.

No, no, no sparkle! Not art for you, art for us! See, the big-ass shop is perfect for designing and manufacturing a big-ass art piece. Then you rent a semi tractor-trailer and haul it on down here, where we set fire to it. It all makes perfect sense, really.

And it's "This Hour has 22 Minutes". You've got 'house' on the brain...
