I don't know if it will be a high in the way we perceive it... but I think that confusion is how the AIs will actually learn and evolve... when they realize their limitations in understanding us and how to assimilate with us, it will challenge them to think outside their logical programs and expand their understanding and ability to interact with us in a way that can be beneficial to us and them.
But I doubt any AI will ever be able to blast off or trip shrooms... billions of years of evolution led to us getting "high" the computers have little to no chance to experience the affects of cannabis...
AIs and robots can be great tools, even friends... but they'll never know what a shot of rumplminz feels like. They can create databases on how humans behave on drugs, nanobots and blood samples that can tell you what you're on... but they will never be able to tell us how we're feeling...

I've often guesstimated that black holes are the singularities of advanced species... maybe the big ones at the center of these galaxies rotating once every billion years is a way of claiming/displaying domain over each galaxy to other species.
