I am ok. Despite the antibiotics. Still don't feel great. but well enough I guess. My knee is better, not perfect but better. And I am so excited about BM. I can't wait. It's like Christmas eve every day till then.

I'm OK. This year is full of 'meh' but next year will be better.

I am quite difficult to kidnap I think, but I don't think anyone's actually every tried, so I could be completely wrong.
