Oh honey...you make this so tempting. Let me think on it and let you know later today.
It's going to be alright.

Yes dear. I try. I might not be able to do alot but I can try to do what I can. Every Burner deserves to go home.

Happy B-day Clark! Oh rats I missed him. Well when you rouse to read the Fibers of the thread (feel like we're splitting hairs hear) I wanted to let you know I have gotten it straight. It wasn't Coffee Camp I had offered to volunteer for (though I would) it was actually Center Camp Coffee. Xander clarified. There is no excuse for such a gross dereliction
of detail. You're a lucky sort of fellow there Cc. It would have been swell 2 receive that turn table cake. Kind of sloppy but nifty. Sure would be nice to have it. Some how
I'm reminded of that todler game 'I've got
your nose' bit different but I swear I'll return it just the same.
Didn't have time to
make you a cake
myself so here's the mix witch I listen too all the time;)

a) you better be thinking about miles, not money.
b) every burner deserves to have his routine of going home disrupted now and then so he can think about its value to him.

Post by PugRay » Mon Jul 19, 2010 1:43 pm

outside? no can do. bout to rain here. movies? not at the moment.. the DLP is preoccupied with Lost Planet 2
Image and yes I understood the reference was to reminisce or commiserate depending on the perspective as I'm sure not everyone who experiences the burn has the best time.

Knowing is one thing, being able to ask is another thing altogether.

I am very appreciative of FaeTora's offer and I'll find a way to make the rest happen so that I can spend some face to face time with all of you.
It's going to be alright.

Okay, I'm sorry.

I really try not to ask people that question (although I do not always succeed.) I wonder why? I guess that I'm trying to respect their decisions rather than make it harder by special pleading.
If you need anything , Sput, pm me.

can't shorten the day at all. Been over the math a few times and there's no place to put the left over time anyway. As an outside observer I will say this in regards to good reason(s). I saw love working today in two ways I can really
appreciate. 1) I believe it was fishy that mentioned that obstacles can be a good thing because it's beneficial to take the time needed to evaluate priorities and specifically what personal importance the burn will play
in relation to the other aspects of
our lives. Here's the balance 2) I saw folks come to a concensus knowing that the void created by the absence of a loved one would have been to great to just stand by and leave him behind so you stepped forward FT to make sure Sput would make it. What made it tricky is that if
Sput's anything like me I like being there for others so it becomes
a little more
difficult for him to speak up or relay the circumstances when he may need some assistance along the way.
Ok. yeah I'm laying it on real thick? Like slabs
of 1/2 inch center cut. Nite all!
