Oh, and I'm also a cook(professional). I love to do breakfast, but can do many other things, as well. I'd like to go ahead and camp with you guys.
My current tent is big(5 person) but I sleep alone(generally by choice, I flail), so I'll be trying to come up with a smaller sleep structure.

lorgasm and i would love to set up some where near. we will be taking too much room there. we are stting up a tent with a camo net over it and giving ourselves and our visitors a porch like atmosphere.

Well you guys have two choices one you tell us your in the Mayor will give us room the AEZ is huge like 250 people and gets a lot of Real Estate, second Join AEZ right now and and ask the Major if you can camp next to or behind the Bar camp...

Some resource's:

I don't think that space will be a problem.
Just so you guys know, there are some things I can get for cheaper, and others that I can't-If someone wants Sierra Nevada, you can get that for less at BevMo by the full case than I can at wholesale. Also, I'd prefer to be bringing mostly cans(Recycle), I drive a small car, can arrive early, can get myself on early arrival already, won't need money for the beer (and whatever else) order until the day it comes in (probably the day I leave). PM me with specific wants, I'll tell you approx what I can get it for so you can shop and compare before the event. I should be able to fit 15-20 full cases, but if someone is rolling through Oregon, we could arrange a pick-up. On a friday would be best so I don't have to move it (my store is tiny).

Rock, I'm in, have been all along since the idea was floated at the Bar. I have just my 18' trailer and truck, and maybe a 1-2 tent sites for some Burners of past ( I'll know about the 'maybe' after they respond to my email).

Far as materials, I live here, so if a couple of trips back and forth are needed during the first part of the week, it's no prob..

Also have other friends at other camps that may be able to throw a few things in.....

Great welcome aboard I think we need to get the list together in the next few days such as vehicles and the like..Maybe someone wants to do that by email(Lorgasm?) then we let the Mayor know he has been at this quite awhile so he will know how much room we need for tents and vehicles..

sneeky how I found a volunteer? [/list]

Mozy read back We have Real Estate! And Lorgasm is now the official Reservations coordinator she will make a list of who and what(tents, vehicles) want to stay in "E Bar Camp" we need to get that list together in the next few days so the Real Estate broker (Mayor of AEZ)
can set up his Map of AEZ he is in charge of a huge camp we are just one small part of it.
So far we have a bunch of EPlayans staying in Bar camp and some participants staying in other camps.
You are certainly most welcome to sign up for Bar camp! the more the merrier and the more participation and security for the bar and camp. Some of us like DD and myself have other commitments around BRC so we will not be able to be their as much as we would like so the more warm bodies the better!....

AntiM just donated a dome! how nice we should think about incorporating it into the camp as a chill space or something..

Lorgasm needs to post a e-mail addy so we can start sending in our reservations and she can give us a idea of who is commited for what, where, how,

I know we have some Tech types maybe a Wiki or password protected online space would be helpful? even a Yahoo group?

I need to get back to work will check in later

Nope no dome, sorry sorry sorry. See what happens when you try to copy and paste and don't pay complete attention?

Slinks off to recoupe in the corner. Sheesh, first over in Blinkies and now here, yack. I really shouldn't mix eplaya and meds.

Wow, this flu really is kicking my ass.

Here's my real estate requirements:
a "driveway" for a small truck (Toyota Tacoma)
an adjacent spot for a small dome tent

I will look into securing a burn barrel and see if regulations permit. I have a lot of boxes to burn during the week.

My space requirements are just myself: About 6'1, 160 lbs., or about 10,512 cubic inches. I will be backtracking between COFFEE CAMP and The Bar. Also, I can bring small items (if have/ if needed) as they arise.

I need room for a pickup that will remain stationary the whole time and a small tent or two(daughter) since I am getting in early and leaving late I will park it at the far rear of Bar Camp..I suggest the trailers back there too. Robbi's need for a driveway sounds great for everyone so late arrivals can get to the back and sides to park. So on the frontage we have Bar and grill (maybe set back a bit) and driveway so far.
Robbi since you have BRC driving rights maybe you could tow Mozy's Porta bar when needed for Mand G and such?
Ok now we are getting somewhere...We can almost start mapping(by the way who is volunteering for that?)We have a " C" road frontage of at least 25' and as the Mayor said maybe more if needed.
And just a reminder this is AEZ "No Stinky Gennies" as the Mayor would say so plan on actually being able to hear yourself think! and God forbid maybe some sleep when needed...
Oh and that Burn Barrel sounds so cool so mappers try to find a cool spot for that too!

As far as fire hazard for candles, it depends on the set-up. If it's tall enough for a 6' person to stand with room, and there's a stationary bar, we can use votives in holders which I can provide, and I'll even bring a fire extinguisher (have a couple already).

As far as my camping needs, one fairly small 4 door, one or two people, mid size tent, early in, late out, so I can be blocked in or whatever.

As far as what else I can provide, some kitchen stuff(pots n pans, knives, spats, cutting board) and whatever else I can scrounge up.
I like pudding.

I like tea.

I like chocolate.
