LED lighting really is not hard, and the pieces are so cheap these days. There's tons of info out there, and all of us are here to help. You have the time.. starting planning now!

Thank you Like I said, if you need any help at all, just ask. It's really pretty simple stuff. I learned tons doing the suit, and made some mistakes that I would rather people not make. The biggest thing was having all those pins soldered together on the ground and postive sides. With the flexing from the fabric, they break and it's a major PITA to have to fix them, If you're going to do it with just single LEDs, use like a small button on the other side of the fabric, push pins through, and then solder wires directly.

Go ahead and make a new thread with your project and you'll get all kinds of helpful input!
