Thanks for all the suggestions guys!! :)

I don't have a yard (total and complete concrete jungle here) and lb is a total inside cat durring the warm months because of fleas (we've never had a problem before).

I WISH I could turn down my thermostat. We have no heat OR ac. Just walls with almost no insulation and really thin windows. It's a hot house durring the day. Probably why I have a flea problem...moved from my old place to a more affordable place a few months ago.

I am going to take ALL your advice. I figure if I do everything then SOMETHING will work.

For those who HAVE done a flea bomb in the past, do you wash all your clothes and linens after the bomb. I have done two bombs and taped my cabinets closed and then washed everything after. Just wondering how careful I need to be.

Sorry for being so boring in the bar...I just didn't know who else to ask and I know there are some pet owners out there.

@FT...tat's and piercings...I know...I can't resist either. I have a soft spot for suicide girls. Yum. Equally for men. They aren't required by any stretch of the imagination, but appreciated when present.

I can't say I have a equal fascination with men. I have tried, over and over and over again but Its really just not my thing. But women. They know how to steal your heart from the word go. They are trouble. But they are my kind of trouble.

With Flea bombs you want to wash everything afterwards. Flea and roach bombs are neuro-toxins. Some studies say that up to 60% of what you put on your skin ends up inside you. I on the other hand have a grandmother who passed on the gene to be allergic to everything one can imagine. I love nature and I am allergic to grass. Go figure. Anyways, because of that I wash everything afterward. I wish I could help more.

Would a whimsical outfit make it more bearable? I have cat costumes. I believe that they live an amazing spoiled life so once a year I can dress they up in costume (Halloween). I have a rooster, pippy long stockings, and a lady bug.

Piercings?
Foo...amateurs.

Go for the pyrethin type foggers for the most part.
I have had trouble with some brands dripping.
The sc johnson almost never do.
The smoke type they have is special purpose and ventilates easily.
The longer you leave them sealed up before you air out, the better.

Cover anything like clear plastics, dishes with newspaper or put them up.
I find this to be adequate, though I am more careful with dishes.

You can also break off the tabs on the lock and use them as manual foggers for small areas.
Needle nose works for this.

I had a very tiny front yard and an indoor cat.
I may have made the cat sick overspraying.

I was told to check the yard.
All the fleas were riding in on from that short stretch of yard and jumping off.
Hot, dry summer after a mild winter.

And fleas can be on pavement alone, though it seems odd.

Spray as far out from the house as possible.

When I had such great success, I sprayed the neighbor's on both sides of me, and cut and raked their grass.

I have used a smelly repellent on cats, but have been told it may be dangerous.
I have dipped them too.
Cats love all that.

Try to go with a dilute at first.
Like soap, such things often work better the more diluted.
Obviously be careful with the cat.

I've had a lot of cats I adopted that would not stay indoors.
Usually such measures aren't needed for indoor cats.
Dogs are a complication.

Did I hear a rooster?
What kind?

(CLARK kneels down outside of The Bar...places round 4in. firework mortar shells into a row of PVC launching tubes. Splits & re-wires fuses together. Looks around to make sure all are clear. Ignites Fuze stick (flare) and holds down to light...wondering if this is going to be as loud as EspressoDudes Shot Cannon... :) ...taps Fuze down, plugs ears and drops to sheild... .... ...
