"Drastic"? You call that drastic? Besides, this way they'll have a helluva time taking your fingerprints anyway, when they book you.
Yes Guin I always carry gloves, and the key is to be smarter than "The Man", which isn't difficult and you avoid the whole booking procedure, simple.

for Z: ass tequila with a lime. (you know, Z, this is exactly the stuff that got me into trouble last wednesday night: the last thing I remember is doing tequila body shots... off of the GAY lead singer... what a night! (I'd like to point out that the body shot WAS returned by aforementioned homo... can't be all wrong, then, right??))

actually, a pallet is what you stack things on. It can also be a mattress,

a palette is what artists use

a palate is what Z was referring to.

Don't worry about me. Doin' just fine under this highly functional blanket. If you squint just right and drink some more, you'll probably forget there's anyone here.

Just don't sit down on the other couch. Too quickly, that is.

So I was confusing palette with palete... Or, as Pilate said "I'm washing my hands of this whole thing... "

GE,

for the wax, try a hair dryer and paper towels. The dryer melts the wax in a non-destructive kind of way. Then sop with towels. This, painstakingly, will allow you to get a majority of the wax out. Certainly it will do just fine for the leather unless of course it is suede. Then ya got issues.

I've actually heard tell that this particular pretty fag (I use the term with endearment) has had quite a few women... so it's not like I'm barking up the wrong tree entirely...

and thank you, Sam... for the lovely compliment....

Purple... our hands have YET to "accidentally" touch: what's up with that? Pretty soon, i'm just going to have to tackle you!

The Romans (Ancient Celts, etc.) used to soak leather in wax to make a stiff, durable armor. Italian mask makers used to do the same thing to make masks that 'form fitted' the face.

Try THAT with your bustiere

How hot does the wax soaked leather have to be to mold to your body?

you all are so accomidating!

Stuart: actually, that works best for carpets and such. for slippery, smooth surfaces like leather, the freezer works, because then the wax just flakes off. I'm a bit of a candle freak, so i know all the tricks.

Sam: we've already HAD this discussion, remember? I make leather masks, using the same technique.... or did you forget???

Z... ummm... hold on... oh shit. what was the question??
