Wow!
A comparison to Iggy Pop!
That is quite something.

Seeing Iggy and the Stooges perform was a pivotal musical experience for me, comparable to seeing the Kinks up close.
I have never had the chance to see Kim Fowley though.

Ray Davies personally threw me out of his hotel room once.
It was still more fun than being schmoozed by some other bands.

Beach Baby, First Class

Clap For The Wolfman, Guess Who

My Girl Bill, Jim Stafford

I'm Leaving It All Up To You, Donny & Marie Osmond

Please Come To Boston, Dave Loggins

Leave Me Alone (Ruby Red Dress), Helen Reddy

Mockingbird, Carly Simon

If You Love Me (Let Me Know), Olivia Newton-John

Dark Lady, Cher

The Streak, Ray Stevens
And if one of those songs were played on the radio today, I'd listen to it
because I hadn't heard them in a long time

"Chevy Van" by Sammy Johns but that was 1975

I'm pretty sure this one was 1974 too, or maybe 1972. First record I even bought:
