Hey SED!
On dinner Thursday night, how bout BBQ ribs, I can par boil then put in seal a meal freeze, then they should be perfect for a nice roll on the BBQ to glaze them with sauce. Figured maybe we should eat early...12-2pm time frame...? so we can scoot to the Dr. pyro's MnG then back out to the playa to get hitched?

Fine with me, if that's how you want 'em. I would sidestep the parboiling and do a genuine slow cook over wood coals. But I'm a perfectionist and that's not always good on the playa, is it?

Any kind of sauce you'd prefer?

Titwi apparently has a favorite thats homemade here in Reno...so we'll pick alot of that up~!

Ya I prefere slow roasted too my dear, but with playa time always going bonkers...I figured that would excuse all of us to play freely with the nights festivities....

Now on last Monday nights Dinner...that my dear is entirely a differnt subject...what would ya like to cook?
